My family member’s location is old. Why?

Famio always shows when a location was last updated. Old positions usually mean their phone is offline, location is off for Famio, battery saver is on, or they paused sharing.

How do I stop sharing my location?

Open Famio › Family › My location sharing and turn it off, or pause it for 1 or 8 hours. Nobody can turn it back on for you.

How do I invite someone?

Family › Invite. Show the QR code or send the link. Invitations expire after 48 hours and work only once.

Where did my messages go?

All messages disappear 24 hours after they are sent. This is by design.

How do I delete my account?

Me › Delete my account. You will be asked for your password. Your data is removed from Famio.
